2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One account per person is permitted

3. Wish Creation & Contributions

  • Users may create up to 5 active wishes at any time
  • All wishes must be legal, appropriate, and comply with our community guidelines
  • Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable unless explicitly stated
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
  • Users are responsible for accurately representing their wishes and needs

4. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
  • Contributions are final and non-refundable except in cases of fraud
  • We may charge processing fees on contributions
  • Tax responsibilities belong to the wish recipient

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create fake or misleading wishes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

WishLink is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes and may be required to re-accept updated terms.
